Aishina Shaffer is a multimedia journalist and communicator based out of the Morgantown and Charleston, W.Va. areas. She received a bachelor of science in journalism from West Virginia University in May 2017.
Aishina is passionate about immersive storytelling, social justice, arts education and brand communications. She has experience with a wide range of Adobe products, graphic design, web design and development, photography, videography, social media strategy, academic recruitment and 360 video production.
In her free time, Aishina enjoys reading, fiction writing, traveling, listening to Broadway showtunes and exploring the applications of new media. She is currently the communications specialist at the WVU School of Medicine.
